Neuromodulation Therapies
Altering nerve activity through minimally invasive procedures

What We Treat
Neuromodulation – changing how we treat various neurological diseases

Changing Lives
Helping patients manage their conditions with novel technologies and treatment

If you have trouble moving, or experience pain, seizures, or mental symptoms such as depression and anxiety, the Center for Neuromodulation may be able to help. We specialize in treatments that can change the way your nervous system functions, and can control tremors, improve or restore normal movements, relieve pain, improve mental symptoms, decrease seizures, and help in other ways.
Using minimally invasive techniques to do what other treatment approaches cannot do, neuromodulation is particularly appropriate for people with unmanageable neurological and psychiatric conditions including:
- Movement Disorders
- Psychiatric Disorders
- Epilepsy
- Pain Disorders
In addition to providing treatment, we are rapidly expanding the field of neuromodulation by researching and developing new, innovative technologies and have made many transformative discoveries in genetics and molecular and cell biology.
A Multidisciplinary Partnership
The Center for Neuromodulation is a collaboration between four inextricably linked specialties: neurosurgery, neurology, psychiatry, and neurosciences.
